• The item is unused and in its original condition.

• It is accompanied by the receipt or purchase invoice.

Steps for Exchange or Return:

3. Once we receive the product and confirm its condition, it will be exchanged or refunded according to the agreed method.

Note: Exchange or return does not apply to custom-made or altered products based on the customer’s request, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
